What is the natural wine? Conversations with Vale Benoît
Written by: Malena on natural winesAfter the experience in the Second Chamber of natural wines in Barcelona, I wanted to know more about the subject and went to L'Anima del vi to talk with Benoît Vale. The result is a look on the wine world in general, the natural wine in particular, and ultimately a way of being and being on earth, to live time and to relate to sensory and sensual pleasures we feel in a relationship more attentive to our body. I confirm once again that when one starts talking wine philosophizing about life ends, offering delicacies from the gods.
We can say that here we present a tasting of wine what is natural? "How educated we are pleased today? What is the relationship we have with pleasure and enjoyment? Are we devolving on the market freedom to choose what they eat and drink? Why eat noodles on? What is the real story with sulfites? Why is there such a lack of transparency in communication and information about what is in wine? What really is terroir? Is it true that in Japan we can buy wine at the pharmacy? Can we wipe biodiámica ground or ecological farming practice? We still have porcesar material but we also want to keep adding those who have. Voilà!
