I'm traveling to Uruguay. I will be in Montevideo, I will come to the Atlantic Ocean when it becomes reckless at the height of Cape Polonius and cross the Rio de la Plata to visit a lady dangerous, Buenos Aires . Eat meat and salads as always but I'll also attentive to all the action that will grow and consolidate around wine and gastronomy.
But I will not travel alone these days. The year opened the fair season and all we moving from one place to another carrying and bringing new, making friends and specifying business. I like the idea of going to my home and be with that part of my family, but I lie if I told you that the gypsy añoraré be making wine.
March will find the strength of the spring meetings will give us very nice, warm, festive and I wish I ultimately always be business. Because you have to move the water and this is in our hands.
Probably in the next three weeks this blog will become more fotolog. Will approach the images and faces of people and land of wine from the south. Hope you like.
